She has more than 20 years of international experience in process improvement, and risk management solutions, analyzing business continuity management programs, performing risk assessments, designing, implementing, and exercising incident/crisis management, business recovery, IT disaster recovery, and pandemic plans for small non-profits to Fortune 100 companies. She has worked with government, technology, professional services, legal, banking & finance, healthcare, telecommunications, retail and consumer industry organizations.
Fiona is an Associate Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (AFBCI). Prior roles included eight years as the Security Director with the St. Joseph Health System – Sonoma County, which included multiple business and medical offices, the Petaluma Valley Hospital and Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, a Level II trauma center, and 12 years with the Santa Rosa Police Department where he helped to develop and train their auxiliary patrol division. An accomplished trainer in crisis intervention, Dave has trained to over 2000 healthcare workers and is an adjunct instructor in the Santa Rosa Junior College nursing program. Jim Wollbrinck is the Manager of Security and Business Resiliency (S&BR) for San Jose Water. He is responsible for all aspects of Emergency Management (Plans, Procedures, Training and Exercise), is responsible for Corporate Security Systems and Procedures; and developing SJW’s Business Continuity Program. Mr. Wollbrinck participates in many organizations in the security and emergency preparedness field. He is the current Chair of the, Bay Area Emergency Security Information Collaborative (BAESIC). Mr. Wollbrinck serves as the Chair of the Santa Clara Valley Water District, Emergency Management Subcommittee and is the Chair of the Coastal Chapter of the California Water/Wastewater Agency Response Network (CalWARN). Mr. Wollbrinck serves as the Division Chair for CA/NV AWWA Sections, Utility Management Division. He is working on utility security and resiliency with the Water Sector Coordinating Council (WSCC) and the National Association of Water Companies (NAWC), Safety and Security Committee. Along with security and emergency management, Mr. Wollbrinck has been working on Emergency Fuel Planning for SJW, the water sector and Santa Clara County in general.
Mr. Wollbrinck is a graduate of USF with a B.S. in Applied Economics and holds a Grade 3 Water Treatment Operator Certification through the California State Water Resources Control Boards, Division of Drinking Water and is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality.
